1. Shipment Carriage Rules
All shipping contracts, customs brokerage approvals, and warehouse deposits are subject to the local laws of Dubai, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and international marine/aviation treaties (e.g. Hague-Visby Rules, Montreal Convention).
2. Customer Obligations
The shipper is responsible for providing accurate descriptions, weights, dimensions, and legally correct invoices for customs entries. Right Key Shipping LLC assumes no liability for cargo stranded at borders due to missing certification or incorrect Saber filings.
3. Rates and Invoices
All estimates generated by our pricing desk are valid for 14 days unless specified. Terminal charges, customs duties, border transit fees, and demurrage are invoiced as extra fees unless explicitly incorporated into the contract schedule.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for cargo damage, loss, or delay is strictly limited to standard international conventions. Shippers are strongly advised to secure third-party cargo transit insurance.
